Pros

Some supportive colleagues and basic facilities; nothing else truly stands out.

Cons

Poor leadership, no transparency, unrealistic workload, zero recognition, and consistently demotivating environment.(Management Studies department) HOD lacks basic leadership skills and creates confusion instead of clarity. Frequent mood swings and irrational decisions make the department unstable. Shows clear favoritism toward a few staff, ignoring merit and hard work. Never supports faculty growth, research, or innovation—only politics. Communication is poor, often last-minute, and highly unprofessional. Creates a toxic environment where faculty feel undervalued and overworked. Avoids responsibility and blames others for mistakes or failures. Micromanages trivial things but ignores important academic issues. No vision for the MBA program, resulting in constant chaos. Feedback is taken personally, and dissenting opinions are discouraged.
