    I worked at Durst Image Technology full-time

    Pros

    Great people, hardworking, have the ability to progress under the right management team, CEO is a great person who does right by people who work hard for the company. Ability to make changes and be heard.

    Cons

    Middle management team is a good ole boys club, but always at odds with each other. Very little coaching or mentoring if it doesn't benefit them in any way

    Advice to Management

    Pat your employees on the back once in a while and actually listen to what they're asking you, they know more about their job then you do.

    Pros

    Very little interference makes it through to the service engineers on-site.
     Sales people know to take service issues to service managers and not directly to the on-site service engineers.

    Cons

    A small company with few sales in these tough economic times.

    You're doing a fine job with the limited resources available to you..
