Pros

Good office location, friendly coworkers

Cons

Low salary and poor work environment. There is a lot of office politics and negativity. The management clearly does not care for employees. Overall it is a toxic environment. The work itself is fine but the environment is unhealthy and no future prospects. Most coworkers hate this company

Pros

There are no benefits to working for Dynamic.

Cons

Gossip, Discrimination, Favoritism - these are the values which are prominent in the client administration work environment. Essentially, this organization hires seasonal RRSP temps for barely above minimum wage. The pay for the contract hires has not been adjusted since 2008. After 1 year of employment you will receive a raise which is not even 1 % - meanwhile inflation in Ontario for 2017 was 2.1 % There is no upward mobility as senior management feels threatened due to their lack of qualifications. This is communicated in team meetings to the managers and assistant mangers who will do their utmost best to prevent you from moving elsewhere within Scotia. The blind leading the blind. It is only a matter of time before Scotia sells Dynamic funds. Why join a sinking ship? You will HATE life.
