A regular paycheck and health benefits.

Cons

Managers prefers to micromanage, lack of communication from management, no direction, and performance is measured by hours worked. Management seems to be making changes without much thought. People thrown into roles with no experience or qualifications. Customers are unhappy. Going to a client meeting is the worst part of my job. I constantly have to make excuses for poor project performance and management. This company is slowly dying and probably won't last long.

A job. Nothing more. You get a paycheck and benefits in exchange for mediocre employment.

Cons

There is no future with this company. It fell apart over the last year. Talk never turns to action unless it's shuffle people into positions they aren't qualified to be in. My coworkers have pretty much given up over the last year. Quiet quitting should be a core value for this place.

I'm echoing my fellow teammates. It's a steady job.

Cons

A year ago this would have been a five star review. Now there is a culture of fear, micromanagement, poor communication, unqualified leadership, and revenue at all costs. I used to be proud to work here.
