      Pros

      A brilliant model that attracts brilliant, conscious people in a rapid learning environment.

      Cons

      Too many to name. The company hasn't been walking its own talk probably since its inception, which primary means gross negligence in leadership and management continues on in a kind of tradition. Whatever feedback you try to give gets turned back onto you, which is what bad coaches do, so that EMyth management never has to look at their contributions, contradictions, and repeated patterns of negative results. The loudest pattern is its inability to retain top talent, which has gone on for decades.

      Pros

      I've worked with EMyth as both an employee and an independent contractor for the past 21 years. I'm passionate about working with our network of Certified Coaches. Their commitment to changing the lives of business owners every day inspires me. I'm a part of something so important, so incredible—more than I could ever hope to achieve on my own. The company has a thoughtful vision through 2020 and is strategically applying our own principles and approach to building a systemic business. We're able to see the changes we need to make and have the right leadership in place to create those changes.

      Cons

      The company is a little short staffed in-house, so sometimes overwhelm can distract us, which can add to the pressure of staying on track with our goals.
