Owner and his daughter in charge are toxic. They are both stubborn and they lead only by emotion. They’d rather make a point about criticizing everyone else than focusing on running the business. There is no training program or whatever position you’ll be hired for, you’ll be bullied into doing more for example sometimes doing a job that you aren’t qualified for or it’s not one of your strengths and it will be used against the employee. Not to mention There is a huge entitlement with the owners daughter, so she doesn’t think she needs to work as hard as everybody else. Chances are you’ll be underpaid overworked and burnt out within 30 days
