      Pros

      Salary was good at first. Until business was slow. The owner could not afford to pay me.

      Cons

      Lack of respect or follow through. Business credit cards were constantly being shut off due to no payment lack of funds. Payroll checks bounced. On call 24/7. No work/family balance. Owner claimed to be a Christian but nothing backed that up.
