      Pros

      Work life balance if you don’t care about those managers

      Cons

      Salary is not good and been asked to do more than my job responsibilities. The workload is massive. The high turnover rate tells something but senior management don’t care.

      There's a real sense of mutual support; Lots of freedom to test ideas and challenge how things are done; Direct access to leadership helps decisions move quickly and gives you real impact; You learn a lot in a short amount of time, especially if you enjoy pressure and variety; International exposure: working with clients and partners across very different markets.

      Cons

      Some internal processes are still maturing: things can feel a bit chaotic at times; Lean structure means you often have to juggle many responsibilities; Priorities across teams aren't always fully aligned, which can create confusion.
