      This job decided to stay remote-friendly when the world began to reopen from Covid, which was good for work/life balance

      Cons

      Constant politicking and fear, resulting in all that work/life balance being swallowed up with working at all hours

      Pros

      You'll definitely learn how take on different roles at the same time and multitask effectively.

      Cons

      Basically, this position does everything! From office maintenance, documentation and filing, and also acts as the executive assistant to the CEO. This position is a glorified slave of the company!

      Pros

      Good pay, flexible PTO, remote work is great. Immediate work companions are great.

      Cons

      Company is unorganized and does not stick to any plans previously made. Managers throw their staff under the bus to save themselves, Top management let's go of people and expects others to carry the load of those who were let go with no additional pay. Being in the good ol boys club is the only way to keep your job. No chance at promotions unless you work at the main office.
