      Loved the job but had not the best supervisors

      The job isn’t hard and it’s able to be done at a your own pace

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities. You will be passed up for other people who don’t want the higher positions. They don’t pay based on what you do but rather how long you’ve been there. Barely give raises. Have favorites in the teams. And allow others to slack while you pull majority of the weight.
