Strict timelines with little regard for realistic capacity or burnout. Minimal benefits—insurance coverage is basic and not competitive. Growth (both career growth and company growth) is unclear and unstructured, even after being in operation for 5+ years. Difficult place to work if you value clean code, engineering standards, or learning culture.
