Psychotic creative management, specifically the CCO who is an abusive MONSTER; constantly shifting priorities; a celebrity leader who comes in and out of the picture at a whim, changing everything; rampant nepotism with highly unqualified managing people with far more experience; a toxic culture where abusive emails, yelling, and other childish behavior is not only condoned by senior management, but encouraged.

Poorly managed. Devoid of transparency and effective communication from higher-ups. Minimal effort to promote growth potential for employees. Lacking creative foresight for company's future.
