Favortism, Lies, Deceit, Poor Treatment, and the Leadership team has to one of the worst I have ever seen. There are favorites from the industries that ER supports, and everyone else. It is a company motivated, and built on a foundation of misleading direction, lack of credit for your accomplishments, poor retention, and leaders who only care about themselves which starts at the very top (CEO). The middle layer of management is so spineless the won't stand up, or defend their own decisions much less those you make with them. If you came here to use your intelligence, or to gain experience, you may find other company's far more impressive. The CEO is a two-faced liar, and the leaders that work for him continually feed you their lies, while they take credit, and ultimately make sure they get where they feel they need to go, you do not matter, and never will. Skill building and training are absent, especially with a highly technical product.

favoritism, uneducated coworkers thinking the should be management , no BONUS , reviews are cents to the dollar. pizza parties where you only get a slice. If you work hard you will be be considered unpromotable and left in your current dead end position unless you are stupid and make mistakes they will promoted you into lead positions, If you are a woman you will get promoted fast too!
