      Pros

      I really enjoy working here. Great working environment and benefits. Managers are always available for questions, total open door policy.

      Work space is a bit small.

      Pros

      The dogs are great, and there are truly some lovely people who work here. There are some good snacks too. Despite these positives please do not work here. (Also the shuffleboard table is cool, but Is almost never used so I can’t really call it a positive).

      Cons

      Horrific behavior from other employees, no HR department whatsoever, very disorganized, no overtime pay (or at least I was completely ignored when I asked about it), and overall just a truly terrible environment to work in. To be in an office where people are consistently crying or screaming at each other is not ok. Super high employee turnover rate, and honestly this place does not pay nearly as well as most other firms in the area. To all those considering maybe taking a position here please I beg you do not. I am not a disgruntled employee, go back and read a lot of the other negative reviews for this place and you will see lots of them say similar things. I just want to save someone from making the mistake I did!

      Pros

      People are serious about their work and efficient, everyone really gets a lot done during work hours. Time off is your own time off Happy hours, snacks, office dogs! shuffleboard High expectations

      We can't help everyone, unfortunately Everyone is always very busy while at work
