Pros

Fully remote & usually flexible schedules given an international team. Most team members are strong and experienced. If you know how to clock in & clock out and turn of your brain to the social and political aspects of work, you can get an ok pay check here.

Cons

Since the private equity acquisition and merger with “Fueled” (10up will no longer have its name and some point and just be a part of “Fueled”), post job salaries have gone down $10k. 10% of the company was laid off. Benefits have gotten worse, and policies more unclear. What is clear is the private equity “squeeze” to get as much productivity from individuals as possible while removing support structures, leadership, benefits, and perks. Culture is disjointed, leadership is not on the same page with one another, and they are out of touch with the wider team and “little people” The team is not diverse. I have never interacted with a black employee. Because they hire people in other countries (India, Africa, Europe) they call that diversity. Few women in leadership actually making decisions
