Pros

The paychecks always cleared the bank.

Cons

360 Advanced is a terrible company across the board. It thinks it has a startup culture when it is more frat boy than anything else. When you are 20 years old, frat boys are funny, when you are in your 40s, they are pathetic. If you love metrics and having to track everything you do, then this is the place for you! Management is obsessed with tracking everything, yet the systems are absurdly easy to game if you want to. If you are an intern, put in your time and get out. The pay and benefits are bottom of the barrel, and they will expect 60+ hour weeks. There are better firms that won't exploit you. If you have been there for a while, just realize that management uses specific rhetoric to condition you to accept a high-stress environment as a "privilege." They frame burnout as "the right problem to have." Reviews are an exercise in gaslighting. No matter how much you go above and beyond, you will be told you are lacking. I watched a coworker who literally helped develop the official language for a specific standard in a previous job get a "2" rating on that exact topic because his manager “knew better”. Having chapped lips will get you a better review/bonus than actual knowledge and making the clients happy. The sales department is a hot mess, the only way we are growing is through acquisitions, and if you are unlucky enough to be acquired, just know you will be ignored most of the time, or told the old company did not know what it was doing. I used to go to management with ideas how to be more productive (back when I cared), but it was obvious they did not want ideas but rather for me to always work at 150% so their bonus was good. Do not bring them ideas. They don't want innovation; they want overtime. If you are an intern, get your resume credit and run. If you are stuck here, do the bare minimum to survive and find a hobby. I stopped caring years ago.
