Thank you for your feedback. We are surprised to hear that your time at 360 Advanced did not exceed your expectations. We promote a very open communication/culture throughout the company and I hope you brought these concerns to your manager. 360 Advanced has continued to grow rapidly and the benefits have continued to improve. Most recently we offered a very competitive 401K matching program and have expanded our benefits package that has received great feedback across the board. 360 Advanced is focused on creating exciting and significant careers to all our team members. At 360 Advanced, you get out what you put in. Unlike our competitors, those team members with a strong work ethic and excellent client delivery standards will be rewarded appropriately. This contrasts with other organizations that require team members work in a certain position for a certain period before being evaluated for forward progression. Essentially, each 360 Advanced team member gets to tailor their career to their desires instead of trying to force each person into a specific mold/model. This also includes our team members usage of PTO. Our most well-rounded team members regularly take advantage of the unlimited PTO. 360 Advanced very much believes that excellence in the workplace requires proper balance.
