      Was good early but no good now

      Inner management plays with the junior people, they take all the praise for work done by the subordinates, knowledge also they know nothing, they stop the juniors from learning new things, my manager is wickedest manager, he asks us do bad things, does not want that we should learn new things, stops us from doing good work for the company

I would like to bring to your notice that 3CLogic follows flat hierarchy and if an employee is facing any problem with the immediate supervisor, he can simply reach out to the HR or other Superiors, even CTO and CEO. It seems like you never discussed the same with anyone.       Pros

      I have been employed for over 30 years within several different industries. Working here at 3CLogic is exciting and very much a pleasure. I enjoy coming to work every day which is awesome! I feel like an important part of the team - and yes - there is definitely a team atmosphere here at 3CLogic. I have noticed that Management most definitely values the opinions of the employees and consistently asks for input on a variety of different things, both business related and employee related. The benefits of working here are fabulous! Not a "rigid" place to work, very team oriented and all of the employees are extremely nice to work with. I have a great respect for the knowledge that the Management Team and my co-workers have. It is nice to know that I can ask a question and they will help you to understand without being condescending. I am very excited to be working with 3CLogic and feel that the company can achieve great things in addition to what they have already accomplished. Great company and great people - keep it up 3CLogic! You are going great places and I'm proud to be part of it!

      None so far! - I haven't felt that there is anything at this point that would be considered such.
