      Politics and poor leadership

      Pros

      Generally good people that want to work and succeed. Cloud based dialing platform is a good idea.

      Cons

      Political backstabbing is rampant. Current CEO does not instill much confidence in the longevity of the company, and has taken the role from the founder to look good on the books for investors. As mentioned in a previous review, nepotism is also a problem. The product is still, functionally speaking, trailing far behind its competitors.

      Pros

      The cloud-contact center industry is booming and a great place to be.

      Cons

      Most SaaS companies favor successful sales staff. This is not the case at 3CLogic. There is also a massive degree of nepotism. The entire employee population is aware of the extreme nepotism that exists in this eco-system- and 9/10 people that quit reference this nepotism in their exit interviews. Company culture in the office is slow, boring, and depressing- nobody really smiles. They need to do something to make people happier.

      Failing company October 2016

      Pros

      Company had some great employees that always tried to put the customer first. All of them were laid off in October 2016 when over half of company let go.

      Cons

      Company ran out of money and laid off over half of company in October 2016. Management has fallen apart and has no idea on what they are doing. Product is unstable and can never reach full potential. Company has no money and no means of getting more due to proven record of failure. Hostile work environment where screaming and throwing furniture is accepted in management.
