Products were not marketable Business Operations not sustainable Exhaustive efforts put into dead leads/initiatives Inexperienced Upper Management Inability to forecast based on business climate Underutilization of human resources Many unprofessional employees across the organization Absolutely no career advancement opportunities.

We had an excellent team! Boisterous, communicative, Management used to try to quell our voices, but determined that we were effective in our mission... so we were given autonomy.

Cons

Everyone who mattered, left after the buyout and subsequent buyout. Tech lead is a bully with a history of being 'difficult' with subordinates. If it ever came to the light of day of his actions, he'd be fired for legal liability. C-Band execs all got Golden Parachutes and moved on. It was euphoric watching the dismantling of the company.
