Pros
You will work with some really smart people here and learn a lot. The working environment is pretty relaxed but it can be very demanding at times.
Cons
The company is shifting direction into a new market, so naturally, some things are up in the air. Not sure if this is a con since it can also be an opportunity to own your work from start to finish.
