I've applied via the website's carrers section. I've filled the application form, which asked specifically if I need a visa, and if I'm able to go to their office to work. I stated that I do need a visa, and I live in Europe currently, but am open to relocate if the first can be solved. I also attached my cv/project history, and I've got a reply which said the "role could be a good fit". We agreed on a call, but the recruiter forgot it. Then after asking, what's up, she apologized, and we agreed on a secound meeting. When the time came for the call, she wrote an email asking if i'm "located out of the country". I sad yes, as it was stated already, and when we agreed the meeting time I highlighted the timezone difference as well. She replied "I am so sorry. 3DR is not looking at international candidates."
That indicates, she has not bothered to read my CV at all, or had no idea, where Europe is. I've asked if the visa or the relocation is the issue, as I could solve the latter - but she never replied.
P.S. the recruiter was from "The Sourcery", I don't know if 3D Robotics knows, how bad they are at reading CV-s...
