      Strong teamwork ethic, fully supported/trained, a really interesting company!

      Cons

      Remote working at the moment so can miss out on the office environment perks (something which is common at the moment - but colleagues do well to communicate virtually)

      Pros

      Incredibly nice people and interesting work. It's a global company built on Australian business culture, which has way better boundaries.

      Cons

      At least on paper, the compensation is lower than similar companies -- but, oddly, that doesn't mean that there isn't a fair exchange of value given quality of life.
