An absolute mess of a company - Anonymous employee 3P Learning Employee Review

A toxic working environment. Micro managing employees all the time affected your work. Constant lack of trust in whatever you did, even if you did well. A lot of unprofessionalism amongst the management, were also NOT good at their job. Work was completely unrealistic with impossible targets then you are to blame. Negative atmosphere across whole company. Salary was below avaerage. Employees constantly unhappy leaving after 1 year, was sad to see. Culture was also terrible, and lack of diversity.
