Cons
Management is the worst I’ve ever seen, they do not care about anything, not even their own jobs. This in turn makes working at 4Rivers an utterly terrible and insufferable. The pay is also terrible, they do not give sufficient raises and use their “tip-share” policy as means for not paying people more.
