Growth and future opportunity. Ground floor on a soon national brand. Senior leadership who prioritizes people, families and purpose over profits (15 years in).
Cons
As brand continues to grow we align and move on new initiatives. I would say this is only a con simply because it makes any role more challenging to pivot, but its truly a pro because when we align these changes and forward motivations around our core values and original blue print it further motivates brand onward
