Pros

- Open-door policy round the company, I was shocked when I was able to actually talk to the CEO - Constant learning: you’ll never stop learning, they give you some of the best resources money can buy and then some. - Excellent management: they’re very transparent and hold themselves accountable - Nice office space: the Chicago office is pretty nice and the fridge is always stocked, plus there’s fun games to play when you have a break in your work

Cons

- None! It’s been amazing so far

Pros

- Competitive benefits & compensation , especially if you negotiate at hiring - Very strong engineers and technical talent across the organization - Good partnership with Google and strong exposure to modern GCP and AI implementations - Leadership at the executive level is professional and generally well respected - Fully remote flexibility with a very nice Chicago office if you choose to go in - Significant investment in AI implementation projects

Cons

- Heavy micromanagement culture within middle management; limited trust given to experienced delivery leaders - Excessive template, process, and reporting enforcement that often prioritizes administrative compliance over actual project delivery. Their confluence space might as well be the manual on how to run a small country. - Reliance on Google referral work often leads to smaller, short-term engagements with tight margins - The consulting model has not fully matured into large, long-term enterprise programs - Private equity ownership appears to create strong margin pressure, and the company experienced significant layoffs in 2025
