      This company does not offer, nor negotiate raises. No matter the length of your employment or the amount of extra tasks you’ve taken on. I’ve been given 1 performance review in 17 years of employment

      * Pays as required by contracts * Mid management is easy to work with * HR is always available

      Cons

      * Pays only what is required by contracts (No pay raises) * Health benefits are exceedingly expensive for virtually no coverage * Quite concerned with any costs which might impact profits
