      AACAP is a wonderful professional membership organization with a great mission in child and adolescent mental health. Our staff is collaborative and our Executive Director is exceptional. Our 9,200 members appreciate all of our staff to the nth degree.

      Parking is limited for all staff below Director level.

      PTO accrual is fantastic The compensation is decent

      Cons

      The morale at the place is lacking, to say the least. I see multiple senior staffers scream at their junior employees with very little consequences. There is tension and competition between the departments here so the overall team and collaborative spirit is lacking.
