Pros

PTO accrual is fantastic The compensation is decent

Cons

The morale at the place is lacking, to say the least. I see multiple senior staffers scream at their junior employees with very little consequences. There is tension and competition between the departments here so the overall team and collaborative spirit is lacking.

Pros

Plenty of happy hours -- that is because they are going away happy hours for people who are lucky enough to find employment elsewhere. If you enjoy drinking, this is the place to be, and you'll look forward to the annual meeting where liquor flows fast and free.

Cons

Not the best working of environment for people who just want to do their job. All around chatter and gossip throughout the office from senior leadership all to way down to administrative staff.
