Office politics vs good cause - Anonymous AACAP Employee Review

Office politics reign supreme. There is absolutely no respect/consideration for the IT department. Compensation, even for a non-profit, falls short. No room for advancement. Management has an "us vs employee" mentality. Certain departments will get anything they want despite cost (financial and otherwise). Certain departments receive special treatment and bully others into getting their way. Salary (non-director).
