      I felt that the team I worked with supported me unconditionally and allowed me to grow. I was given a lot of trust and autonomy. Work-life balance was encouraged.

      Cons

      I wish I was able to work in office to get to know the team in person.

      - Family feel - Take into account staff concerns and makes adjustments based on feedback - Great benefits - working for a company with a passion and purpose for advocating health equity for our vulnerable populations - Fun environment - Room for growth

      Cons

      - Can feel unstructured at times because of their transition phase - Need more clarity on Board and Staff dynamics - Everyone is nation-wide and Remote so it feels disconnected sometimes (socially)
