      Very supportive colleague in deadline work projects

      The HOD and the team leader has always distinct thought In meeting the POC is approved and when you done your half work you will surprise to know that the POC is changed and you are not performing well. I don't know why this type of gap communication is there of there is remainder for the upcoming birthday on WhatsApp why not important things are shared on WhatsApp or e-mail.

      Pros

      Loved working here. My main role was account management and driving new business. I was also responsible for selling event sponsorships. The benefits were generous. Good salary plus commissions. Flexibility to work from home as needed. Loved the Disney benefits.

      Cons

      Sales is tough in the Bay Area due to traffic and dense population, so lots of time is spent in the car.
