      Silver Pass and free parking to Disneyland

      Cons

      Leadership was outdated and unable to embrace simple technological changes and upgrades that not only would improve working conditions amongst the staff, but would also make the systems work better and cleaner. Worst part was, they already owned and had access to the systems and refused to allow the staff to make suggestions to improve things

      Pros

      Loved working here. My main role was account management and driving new business. I was also responsible for selling event sponsorships. The benefits were generous. Good salary plus commissions. Flexibility to work from home as needed. Loved the Disney benefits.

      Cons

      Sales is tough in the Bay Area due to traffic and dense population, so lots of time is spent in the car.
