Pros
Clearly a leader in the industry, with good technological resources and an eye for innovation. Seems like they care about their employees.
Cons
Tends to be a bit too bureaucratic. I was in the Los Angeles office and found it very difficult to get certain things approved or moved forward with enormous delays and multiple layers of decision-makers involved.
