      Pros

      ACERTUS is turning things around and growing again. There are challenges, but those who are willing and wanting to drive change, make an impact and help the company succeed will find success here. Bonuses were paid out after Q1, new managers are being brought in, and we have a strong C-level that is holding people accountable for driving the business forward. We have fun too! Fun events like a summer BBQ, Fall Festival, weekly mingles with free breakfast, monthly lunches, volunteer events, virtual BINGO, and more to break up the monotony. We have a lot of employees and leaders who genuinely care and want to see us succeed, and we are starting to see this shift with fresh energy. There are a lot of growth opportunities. I've been promoted and so have so many across the organization. Last year, we had over 100 internal promotions.

      Cons

      We have had a few layoffs last year but with new leadership, we have a strong direction now and things are trending in a positive direction. This isn't the place for someone who wants to do the bare minimum.

      Pros

      Since joining the ACERTUS team I truly value that the company genuinely prioritizes its employees, fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment where individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered to contribute. Leaders are transparent, approachable, and aligned around a clear vision, which builds trust and keeps teams motivated and focused.

      Cons

      Its not a con but as the business invests in people, process, and technology there will be growing pains. The key is the company is investing and it will allow the organization to grow and compete at a high level.

      Pros

      The people at ACERTUS make ACERTUS. The passion and energy to do the best for our customer is palpable at every level of the company. ACERTUS is a growing company with multiple opportunities for ambitious contributors. Great exposure and responsibility early in your role.

      Cons

      Growing companies do experience a lot of change. Not a con, but you have to be a person that is comfortable with a changing environment. With change comes opportunity.
