Pros

-You get to cancel sessions 1-2 days before -get to call out sick, dont need proof of doctor note for sick pay. -Choose your clients that you want to sub for -the supervisor welcome you well, they are very nice. they may disappear after 1-2 sessions but at least its a nice welcome -pay aside, everyone is nice. -if you are intrested in a career, they will help you get your BCBA -they pay for your RBT certification -the cerritos office has a nice kitchen, you can store and eat your food there. The long beach office's kitchen is very small in comparison.

Cons

-Do not sign up for the on call program, they will give whatever case doesnt have a BI, usually hard cases -if you are asisgned a school case, hours depends on the kid showing up. if they are sick or out of school you dont get paid. -You can show up for sessions and if the client didnt show, you dont get paid. they tell you they pay gas for travel time but thats like 1-2$ at most.

Pros

BCBA's and managers were very kind and taught me loads during the sessions.

Cons

I constantly had trouble with scheduling (inconsistent clients, lots of sub work or last minute cancellations, scheduling team hardly ever gave me more cases to work on - instead the BCBA's would come straight to me and ask me if i could pick up shifts).
