      lots of people who genuinely care. I’ve received great guidance from unlikely places

      Cons

      nature of the field spreads good natured people way too thin to be effective. Too much importance given to office people who contribute little to the tangible goals of supporting the clients. If they want DSPs and day hab workers to deliver quality work you need quality pay and adequate on boarding

      Pros

      Supporting the people, going out into the community, and being part of making a difference. HR made the onboarding process pretty seamless.

      Cons

      Working overnights were sometimes challenging.

      The shift is flexible in most cases.

      Cons

      There are a lot of people that may have been working there in their positions too long and are not as open or excited about new ideas as they may have been when they first started. Cliquish and lots of nepotism.
