From a Great Company in the early 2000's to Good and eventually BAD. - Anonymous employee ADCO Employee Review

No growth for expats, and lack of any responsibility from Sr mgmt. along with lack of focus on the big picture, to much interference from almost everyone. Finally, treatment of employees leaving the company and does not fulfill the gratuity & medical compensation to its employees. After leaving the UAE who does one contact or follow up for the money due ??? HR does not care.
