Good place to learn and grow - NOC Analyst ADCom Solutions Employee Review

I have enjoyed my time working at ADCom Solutions. It's a team environment and my coworkers have been the best! The company is constantly moving forward with new systems, technologies, and processes which provides the opportunity for personal growth. I've been fortunate to be able to participate and evolve with the team. I am grateful to have worked with and for the President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and the VP of Finance and Strategic Compensation - all well respected and just good people!

I cannot think of any negatives right now.

Statistically, this is a good place to get your foot in the door to start a career in the IT or networking industry. The people you meet there will help you grow, and you will have a wide variety of tasks available for you to do. This company has a strong foundation and a good client base that will add to the variety of what you will be able to learn.

Look, I can not sugarcoat it. The C Levels, at least while it was still ADCom Proper, were toxic as hell. Not all, mind you, just some. There was at least one member of the C Level who, even though I have left and moved on, I still talk to and consider a mentor.
