Pros
You'll make great money with the double time on Sundays and holiday weekends where you can bank an 8 hour earned (vacation day) and get double time Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and their benefits are so cheap and pretty decent.
Cons
You never get time away from work if you work night shift. On days they have a 12 hour rotating schedule and an 8 hour schedule to fill in for the 12 hour rotation, on nights it's just an 8 hour shift and so they have overtime almost every night and every weekend and with how their schedule works you only get 3 days off a month. Supervision is very swayed based on how well liked you are and it's a giant favoritism contest and if you're not liked even if you have a higher skill level you won't get trained or grow in the company.
