Pros
Love my coworkers and residents are wonderful and their families are very kind.
Cons
Management sets no ground rules and some staff can get by with showing up late every day and being very hateful to other staff. Some are even rude to residents and nothing is done at all. Nurses do not get to be charge because management overrides everything nurse do. CNA s disrespect nurses and yell at them and seems to be ok with management.
