AHAVA interview questions

I was asking to come in and meet the marketing manager . We hit it off great and I made sure to send my thank you letter the next day. I didn't hear back but thought I would give it a few days and not be eager. I sent another follow-up with no reply - never heard back -I can't respect a company who has you come into their office for an in person review and does not have the decency to tell you if they have decided to go with another candidate.
