College like casual environment, no dress code followed at assoc. level, Excellent facilities (such as a/c transport, gym , food coupons ), Employee centric, onsite opportunities, gr8 incentives for voice, nice infrastructure, all major and minor issues r handled promptly, top mgmt (don’t know abt current mgmt, I m talking abt mgmt b4 2012. I m sure the good practices haven’t changed. ). Ahmsi is very well managed. Less work time – 7.5 hrs
Cons
Night shifts (cant help), poor food quality, use of regional languages, favoritism in promotions , hundreds of girls who r smoking, lots of boring meetings, less brk time, very tough to implement any change or fight against the system, drug addicted ppl (maynot b true) In voice, Entire system in voice has lot of bugs, so any1 can misuse them for getting incentives
