      Altogether, Aixtron Ltd is a company you can learn from and improve your skills within. But after a year or so you realise that there is no team culture, there are professional complainers, and that the same mistakes are made over and over

      Cons

      Disrespectful management and colleagues. Rudeness is not tackled.

      The work environment is with open communication and respect.

      For the subsidiary in the US, sometimes decision processes can take longer than expected if the headquarter holds a different view.

      Was good high tech company to work, while it last in Sunnyvale, good spirit playing ping-pong and stay active. VP Randy was awesome player I showed him how to play correctly, talented, grateful learner. Nice memories.

      Cons

      Sold CVD to Eugenus, IXP & QXP production was quickly transfered to Korea 70% of US labor force fired, Sad story.
