Honestly, none worth mentioning. The onboarding was quick, but that’s only because they rush to hire people without having real work for them.
Cons
Alten hires people without having any project ready for them, then leaves them on the bench for weeks with absolutely no communication or support. Many of us who joined at the same time had the exact same experience. While benched, the manager kept pushing us to come to the office every single day, even though we were told during hiring that only one week of on-site presence was required. His justification was simply: “If you’re without a project, you should be in the office always.” Despite following everything they asked, they made no effort to find us assignments and ended up dismissing us after two months of doing nothing—through no fault of our own. It felt like being hired just to fill numbers, then discarded when they didn’t immediately need us.
