Thank you for you review. Glassdoor is an open platform enabling employees to write comments and rate their current and/or previous companies in order to give them the opportunity to improve. It is thus necessary to keep a strong level of measure and seriousness in the feedback provided. The lack of honesty and accuracy of the here above comment, cannot unfortunately be considered as a constructive feedback and the foundation of improvements.
Speaking of measure and balance, I am a firm believer that everything in life is not always black and white. There is always something positive, something you learn, for any situation in life, even when you decide that something is not right for you. It is purely a matter of perspective.
I am struggling to understand which point you are trying to make on your first assertion so will not answer on that one.
For the rest, your second and third points are simply not true and defamatory.
I would like to highlight that I am truly sorry if your experience with us was not what you expected, however spreading false information on the company is not going to solve any of it.
In regards to your fourth point, at Alten we believe in giving a chance to talented people. We value competence to the same level as experience. Hence, it can indeed happen that someone’s manager has less experience (in years) than them. It does not make them any less competent at managing people.
Point five: the absence, once again, of facts in that statement makes it difficult to provide an appropriate answer.
