Pros
This is not an engineering company, They don't own anything or intellectual property for any important technical project. I don't find anything pro at this toxic organization. These so called managers are liars
Cons
They say fictive projects before joining the organization. When you join they would tell the projects are no longer. You moved in that town where the project was supposed to be and after that, you stress out where you would be moved and hard to quantify the waste of time. They would tell you to go to London for futile meetings and evaluations. If you are desperate for finding a job, maybe it is worth it because it is a quick process to join. Easy come, easy out as well. They scale up the business on fictive figures and lie to the customers. The engineers are used as the third part and you have to deliver and you might be involved in embarrassing meetings with the client when the manager says wrong stuff. If you are an engineer, your career is going to be compromised if you are an ambitious person and want to develop,
