Pros
There are *some* genuine people here, but the majority of management is very conniving and just looks for ways to protect their own job security.
Cons
Terrible morale and although the company was acquired over 10 years ago, there are some employees who are understandably still hurt by the mishandled way that people were layed off - literally escorted out with security upon arrival to work. Also, pay was not comparable to industry standards. Way too low.
