The job pays a wage that pays the bills which is fortunate as money in the bank is the only benefit
Cons
There are non, the management team are bullies and think nothing of overwhelming staff with work that is unrealistic. If you don't fit into the click, your going no where. They will happily manipulate results and quality protocols to get work out.
The only time actual adherence to quality standards and records takes place is before an audit. The rest of the time it's just a verbal pretence used to beat staff with and work people out of the company for cost savings as scapegoats.
The hr department is as corrupt as you get. As is the majority of the management team.
